"Before coming to Red Kite I did not fully know what to expect. I thought that it was a form of punishment and that it would be days full of videos. After the first day I realized that this is much more than that. Although we were here for helping deal with people on the vehicle, this has helped my personal life and my relationship with me and my wife as well. This program in my opinion, should be given to new operators mandatory so that helps them at home before coming to work and also while being at work."
