ABOUT US
Our mission...
We stop burnout, disengagement, conflict, and violence in the workplace using techniques built-in war zones for high-stress professionals. Our methods are research-proven to reduce absenteeism, assaults, complaints, rule violations, health-care costs, workplace conflict, and resource wasting. Our innovative consulting and training utilize best practices from behavioral health, violence prevention, martial arts/yoga, and the “post-war reconstruction” model.
Our mission is to assist organizations and their workforce in building resilience and staying safe on the job. Our training is interactive, utilizing case studies and roleplay scenarios taken directly from your employees' real-world work experiences. Your workforce will gain practical strategies to de-escalate conflict and crisis when working with difficult populations.

Our Story
Charlotte DiBartolomeo understands the weight of working with distressed populations firsthand. After eight years as a frontline crisis interventionist, she experienced the profound burnout that often follows intense trauma work. Seeking solutions, she earned a master’s degree in conflict transformation, a path that led her to postwar Bosnia. Witnessing human service professionals rebuild a broken society inspired her to dedicate her life to supporting the healers.
Returning home, Charlotte saw clear parallels between postwar Sarajevo and the community violence gripping Philadelphia. In 2008, she founded Red Kite Project to deliver the psychological support, safety training, and organizational healing that human service providers desperately need.
In an era of intense societal stress, Red Kite Project helps organizations manage conflict, bridge communication gaps, and build resilient frontline teams. For Charlotte, the mission remains simple: supporting the extraordinary individuals who sustain our communities.
