Red Kite Project Awarded Five-Year Contract Extension with SEPTA to Deliver Advanced Resilience and Customer Service Training
Red Kite Project, has is awarded a five-year contract with SEPTA to extend their 16-year partnership through September 2031. Building on a track record of training over 11,000 transit professionals nationwide, the organization will continue delivering trauma-informed resilience and de-escalation programs to reduce burnout and improve customer service across the network.
