Red Kite Project at Second Annual NEPA Law Enforcement Seminar

The seminar was coordinated by Lackawanna County Commissioners and the Lackawanna Susquehanna Office of Drug and Alcohol Programs, it was held from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday, June 24 at the Clarks Summit Fire Hall, 321 Bedford St.

Red Kite Project presented an interactive training experience to help shift law enforcement attitudes and examine trauma and how it can lead to self-medication with drugs and alcohol.
