Concord, North Carolina—Red Kite Project Presents at North Carolina Public Transportation Association Annual Conference June 9th

Charlotte DiBartolomeo, CEO and Zach Stone, CSO, will speak at the North Carolina Public Transportation Association Annual Conference on Building Employee Resiliency.  The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Golf Resort and Spa in Concord, North Carolina.  First Transit is the presenting sponsor of this event.

The Red Kite Project presentation will focus on approaches to reduce employee / customer conflicts, high turnover rates, and high absenteeism among front facing employees.  In addition, Red Kite Project will speak on its strong work history in the transit industry with outcomes of their programs showing significant reductions in customer complaints, absenteeism, lowered operator assaults, and rule violations.
