Concord, North Carolina—Red Kite Project Presents at North Carolina Public Transportation Association Annual Conference May 15-18, 2016

Charlotte DiBartolomeo, CEO and Zach Stone, CSO, will speak at the North Carolina Public Transportation Association Annual Conference on a Trauma Informed Approach on Building Employee Resiliency.  The conference will be held at the Westin Hotel & Charlotte Convention Center.

The Red Kite Project presentation will focus on approaches to reduce employee / customer conflicts, high turnover rates, and high absenteeism among front facing employees.  In addition, Red Kite Project will speak on its strong work history in the transit industry with outcomes of their programs showing significant reductions in customer complaints, absenteeism, lowered operator assaults, and rule violations.
