Press Release: New Haven, Unite For Sight Global Health & Innovation Conference

New Haven, Connecticut —- Red Kite Rising’s Director Sam Stone presented Red Kite’s experiential approach to trauma healing

Red Kite Rising was chosen to participate in the Unite For Sight Global Health & Innovation Conference. Representing Red Kite was our very own Sam Stone. On the morning of April 17th, 2016 he presented to an audience of professors, students, and global health innovators at New Haven’s historic Yale University.

Approximately 2,200 professionals and students from all 50 states and more than 55 countries attended the three day conference. Sam presented Red Kite’s experiential approach to trauma healing, which focuses on somatic movement to reset the brain’s overactive alarm system, and conflict transformation to rebuild relational processes after psychological trauma occurs. Following a Q & A session with the audience, Sam went on to speak with expert panelists regarding the bright future of Red Kite Rising.
