Get Drunk to Listen…Wait What?

I saw this advertisement in the subway for beer. The ad is selling “character.” Besides how silly it is to suggest that drinking alcohol creates personal growth, the ad does have a great deeper message. “Actually listening, not just waiting to talk” is a great mantra to live by. So many of us spend our time just trying to get our words out and forget to listen. If being a good listener means having good character, them I’m happy to oblige.
