Charlotte DiBartolomeo, Red Kite Project CEO, was featured this July in Emergency Physicians Monthly.  She shared ideas for how healthcare systems and healthcare providers could stay safer and maintain their health and well-being even under extreme stress.   She created a model for organizational wellness and restructuring based off of methods originally used to help nations restabilize after violent conflict, and to assist soldiers and health aid workers to survive and thrive through war and genocide.
