Tina is a Philadelphian by way of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is currently finishing simultaneous Master of Arts degrees at Arcadia University in counseling, with concentrations in public health and trauma; and international peace and conflict resolution with focuses in post-conflict psychosocial recovery and conflict transformation. She has a background in community leadership and development and has worked primarily with mental health NGOs in addiction recovery and suicide prevention/survivors of suicide loss support groups. She is passionate about being engaged with people and community based organizations. Tina loves to facilitate and has trained with amazing facilitators in programs including Alternatives to Violence Project and Healing and Rebuilding Our Communities. In addition to facilitating and training at RKP, she is enthusiastic about program evaluation and measuring the success and impact of Red Kite Project. When she’s not working with Red Kite, Tina loves to travel, bake pie, explore Philadelphia, and spend time with family and friends.
